Short History
Jose is the cousin of both Ariel and Fernando who live at Casa Segura, he lived in a town called Guayaramerin a small town on the Brazilian boarder. He has come to us through child welfare services as he was abandoned by his father and his mother is unable to care for him. He now has an opportunity to study and be a sergeant in the Bolivian police force which is his dream.
