Short History
Eliseo came to us through child services along with his sister Esther and little brother Samuel who are also with us. His Father died or left many years ago we are not sure and his Mother abandoned him to child services in Guayaramerin. He was born in another state of Bolivia half a country away, Santa Cruz. He is a very shy but amazing kid and we all love him here at Casa Segura. He has a great character and I know GOD has great plans for him and his future.
