Short History
Samuel came to us through child services along with his sister Esther who is also with us. His Father died or left many years ago we are not sure and his Mother abandoned him to child services in Guayaramerin. He was born in another state of Bolivia half a country away, Santa Cruz. He is our littlest and cutest child here at Casa Segura and every one falls in love with him as soon as they meet him. He has a great character and I know GOD has great plans for him and his future.
